Johann specialises  in the drafting of commercial agreements with a specific focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, local and international derivative- and commodity trade agreements, listings and advice on all company and shareholder related issues.

Bruce Lister:

Bruce has significant experience in the commercialisation of intellectual property and related commercial agreements, copyright issues, franchises, licenses and IT related agreements.  He is extensively involved in trade-mark searches and filings, prosecution- and can assist with transfer of trade-marks and foreign exchange transactions involving intellectual property and trade-mark valuations.

Reinhardt Lourens:

Reinhardt specialises  in the drafting of commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, company and shareholder related issues. He is a conveyancer attending to various property related matters and a notary public.

Deirdre Swanepoel:

Deirdre specialises in delictual claims, medical law and inter alia assisting medical schemes to recover expenses incurred as a result of motor collisions.

Johan is out and out a litigation attorney who specialises in labour law and the resolution of building disputes, including dismissals, unfair labour practices, strikes, appearances in the CCMA, bargaining councils, the labour court and arbitration forums.
