Johann Grosskopf specialises in the drafting of commercial agreements with a specific focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, local and international derivative and commodity trade agreements, listings and advice on all shareholder related issues. He has an in-depth knowledge of the Medical Schemes Act and its regulations and the rules relating to the South African Futures Exchange.
